Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Privacy policy
In accordance with the new GDPR regulations (data protection laws) your data is used to complete your order. We are required to keep a copy of the sales record for our tax returns for 7 years which is done digitally on disks which are password protected. We will only use your data to contact you if you are happy for us to do so and we will always refrain from contacting you after the sale is completed if you ask us not to.
We do not share your data with other companies.

Custom and personalised orders
We love to hear from customers who may want something a little different to what we have available. Always happy to help whether it be a change to text, or colour . As our products are made by us we can usually help. It can be a little more difficult during exceptionally busy times
Gift wrapping and packaging
We post out our gifts and cards carefully wrapped. Depending on the product it may be sent in a postal box or a strong postal bag . We try to limit our plastic use however it can be difficult when protecting the handmade products going through the Royal mail postage system . If you prefer us to try and avoid plastic please let us know and we will use an alternative packing method
Care instructions
The majority of our products are for indoor use only .
This excludes jewellery items.
Our Photo frames should only be wiped and dusted with a dry soft cloth .
The majority of our wall signs are finished with a protective coating however we recommend they are not displayed in a bathroom and if they require dusting please use a dry soft cloth. If you are storing a product please store in a dry area in a box away from damp or humid areas to maintain the quality and protect the finish .
Wholesale availability
We are happy to supply wholesale. If you are interested in buying in bulk please message us to enquire. Minimum order level would be 20 units of the same design.
